I’m having problems submitting my application and payment. What should I do?

We firstly suggest that you clear the cache within your browser.


We also recommend checking the settings of your computer - if you are applying from your work computer and Wi-Fi, it is not unusual for these to have a security settings which may be preventing you from submitting. Please google for help how to do this.


If neither of these work for you, please submit a ticket for further support.
