There are several steps that need to take place before your Diploma candidate will appear in your dashboard for signoff. Using this guide, you will be able to tell which step is missing and needs resolved for your candidate to appear.
Where to look for your Diploma candidate sign offs.
Log in to MyFSRH and scroll down to Training Hub Home. On the page that opens, select FSRH Trainers to open the
You will need to select the tile called Your DFSRH Candidates.
The page that opens will show you your list of DFSRH Candidates. To view their evidence for sign off, select Evaluate beside their name for their Independant Learning Portfolio (ILP) and their Summative Clinical Assessments (SCA).
If the candidate doesn't show then the candidate may not have met one or more of the following criteria.
- The candidate may not yet have been accepted onto their Diploma pathway. Ask the candidate to try to access their Diploma learning here. If they are unable to access, they will need to contact support@FSRH.org to be accepted onto the programme.
- If they can access the Diploma pathway then they will need to complete their Welcome and Introduction section to show the Diploma Assessments. They would need to then click into each of the modules to enrol them in this part of the course. The modules are each of the 4 areas shown in the below image.
If you candidate believes they have done all of the above steps then it is likely that the wrong FRT is assigned to their account. This is likely due to an issue at the time of completing their Diploma application. Please get in touch with us on support@FSRH.org to let us know that you need this updating.
