How do I upload/change my Topic Investigations (TI) in my Independent Learning Portfolio (ILP) ?

Uploading Files

Access your Diploma programme by logging on to FSRH.org and by selecting Browse Courses then clicking the FSRH Diploma (DFSRH) tile.

The Topic Investigations make up part of the Independent Learning Portfolio (ILP) so if you click into this module you will see the following headings.
If it isn't already expanded, click on the pink heading to expand it and you will find orange links to download each of the topics. The one to upload your completed investigations to is at the bottom called 5 x Topic Investigation (TI ) - Upload

Once selected, the page that opens gives you an area for each upload required.
Please upload here once ready and let your FRT know that they are there as the next step is for your Trainer to access their FRT area and view your uploads to sign them off.

To change an upload

When selecting same 5x Topic Investigation - Upload area as in the image above, you will be able to see any uploaded files above the upload files button by selecting the orange hyperlink with each files name.

Click on the orange upload files button to proceed back to the screen where you originally uploaded the files. On the screen which opens, you will see a centre staging area with the files which are currently uploaded which should look like the below.

Click on the file to open an editor.

When you then select the delete button at the top of the page, it will ask you to confirm your wish to delete. Select OK

You can now upload a new file into this area which will make it available for your FRT to see and sign off.

If you are having any difficulty with any part of this process, please get in touch with the Member Support Team who can help to add/remove files and to troubleshoot for you.
