It can take anywhere between 5-10 working days for the FSRH to process and review Diploma applications; if you have not heard from us within this time, you can submit a ticket and our Customer Support Team will be in touch.
Upon your application, if you selected 'Requested invoice' or 'Prepaid by employer' you won't be able to progress through the Diploma journey until the money has been confirmed and allocated to your account.
