Why can't my Faculty Registered Trainer (FRT) see me?

Modified on Tue, 13 Jun 2023 at 09:24 AM

Before your FRT can see you on their portfolio, you would need to have completed the following actions;
  1. Notify us of your correct FRT. Sometimes when completing the application some candidates have difficulty selecting their FRT or GTP which means the system may have allocated an incorrect FRT to your portfolio. If you believe this is the case then simply respond to this email with the name of your correct trainer and we can update this for you.
  2. You must have applied for and been accepted onto the Diploma programme. To know if this is complete, log into FSRH.org and scroll to Browse Courses and select the tile called FSRH Diploma (DFSRH). This tile does not appear for candidates who have not been approved onto the programme. If this tile does not appear then please let me know and I can tell you what is required for you to be accepted onto the programme.
  3. You must have completed the section within this area called Welcome & Introduction. Without completing this section your 4 modules will not unlock.
  4. You must have clicked into each module to be enrolled in each part of the learning. We advise that it's good practice for you to take time to open each of these sections and have a discussion with your FRT about what module entails.
Once this is all complete, you will automatically appear in your FRT's Trainer Dashboard. If your trainer is still unable to see you then ask them to please contact our Member Support Team for support on their account.
