I finished my practical training a while ago but didn't upload the paperwork to apply for my LoC. What are my options?

To uphold our quality standards we accept only paperwork where all observations have taken place within 18 months of the submission date. This means we can be sure that all training meets current requirements.

If your observed procedures are all under 18 months old then please check that your other requirements (Both Anaphylaxis and Basic Life Support training as well as any required e-SRH modules) are in date then make an application.

If any of the procedures are dated outwith this accepted period then you will need to make contact with your Faculty Registered Trainer (FRT) again to complete this learning again before submitting your documents.

Depending on how old your original paper work was, you may have the option to retrain for your LoC through our experienced practitioner's pathway. This will allow you to cut out a considerable amount of the clinical training which would be needed compared to starting again from the beginning.
