Each page of my LoC Record of Training has been scanned separately and I cannot put scanned pages of my application into a single document.

If you have scanned each page of your application form separately, you should copy and paste all pages into a single document which will allow you to upload it as a single document.

Here's some information on how to do it:

• Open a new blank Word document
• Copy all the pages (gif, jpg, jpeg, png or pdf file type) of your LoC application and paste into Word
• Save this document as a PDF
• This should reduce size of your file and you can then upload this file as a single document to the online LoC application.
