Can I do one OSATS form for more than one procedure? i.e, if I do a speculum, bimanual and endometrial biopsy all at the same level, can I just do one form?

It is generally considered best practice to complete a specific OSATS per skill even if performed simultaneously, to ensure depth of reflection and information accurately captures evidence of competency in that particular skill.
