How do I access the Menopause On Demand short courses?

The FSRH launched two Menopause On Demand short online courses to help you develop some knowledge into this topic. You can read about them here. The below steps will show you how to sign up and then access the materials.

Finding the application.

Step 1. Log in or register with FSRH. To access any of our application forms, you do not need to be a member with us but you do need to at least have a registered account on our system as this will allow us to track your application and completion of pre requisite assessments. Use the top bar on FSRH.org to select whether you wish to log in to an already created account or to register for a new one.

HINT: If you believe that you may already have registered for an account and no longer know the details, do not create a new account as this will not contain any of your previous qualification or achievement history. Instead, reach out to our member support team to request they help you locate your previous information.

Once logged in, you will notice the top bar has now updated to show the below options. This means your login has been successful so you will be able to access our forms.

Step 2. Access the information pages. Using the menu bar, hover over Education and Training (as underlined below) and underneath FSRH Learning & Resources you will see Menopause Care On-Demand. Select this tab to navigate to the page.

Step 3. Finding the application areas. Once you have read the content of the page and watched the video, scroll down to the application area below where you will see the following view.

Select either the Apply now button for whichever course you wish to take.

Step 4. Making payment As you are already logged in, the form doesn't need to collect any further information from you so you will be immediately shown a product page of your course. Select Add to Cart and the proceed through the payment screens to complete your purchase. Your payment is only complete once you see the confirmation page at the end.

You should now be able to access the course by following the below steps.

*Please note, when purchase has been made, access to this course is granted for exactly one 12 month period. Please ensure you complete your learning within this time to avoid having to repurchase this at a later date.

Accessing the course.

Whether you are starting this course immediately following payment or anytime within the following 12 months, you would need to follow these steps to gain access.

Step 1. Log in to the Training Hub area. Again, make sure you are logged into the FSRH website using the steps at the top of this FAQ. Select the My FSRH option at the top of the page which will open your account view. Scroll down to the Training Hub button and select it to be taken to the Training Hub.

Step 2. Find the tile. Select Browse Courses to be taken to a view of your available courses. The Menopause On-Demand courses will be shown as either of the following tiles based on your selection.

Select your tile to begin the course.

Your certificate

Upon completion of the course, a certificate will be downloadable to evidence your learning. Once your one year access to the course is over, you won't be able to redownload another copy of this. It will also not be viewable within your My FSRH portal certificate area so please download and save a copy of it, somewhere that you can later access this.
