Menopause Care Professional Diploma (MCPD)
This diploma is a more advanced programme for those aiming to lead a menopause service and receive complex referrals. The MCPD equips healthcare professionals to independently assess and manage individuals being referred for specialist menopause care and complex menopause cases. SRH On-Demand Menopause Care courses
Our SRH On-Demand Menopause Care courses provide continuing professional development (CPD), for a variety of healthcare professionals. The content of the courses is based on the latest available evidence and clinical guidelines, while also aiming to highlight women’s lived experiences. Each course contains video content, downloadable documents, plus a quiz to test your understanding. There are 2 SRH On-Demand courses about menopause. The first course Menopause: supporting patients’ sexual well-being introduces the biopsychosocial model and discusses medication including options for GSM and the use of testosterone. Menopause and sexual well-being: encouraging conversation The second course is focussed more on talking therapy and psychosexual support.
