Is the Menopause Care Professional Certificate (MCPC) the same as the British Menopause Society (BMS) Principles and Practices of Menopause Care Certificate (PPMC)?

Both programmes cover similar educational content, and both are open to registered health care professionals in the UK and Ireland, but the training and assessment approaches are different. The FSRH MCPC includes facilitated workshops and assessment of competence by an experienced Principal Trainer. You can find out more on our website. The BMS PPMC Certificate is knowledge based and delivered through an online educational tool.
