How do I address gaps in experience?

In areas where you simply need to update existing experience or achieve new ones, consider approaching colleagues for help. Colleagues may be able to assist in accessing cases/training not easily accessible in your current workplace. The CSRH Training Programme Director or local Educational Supervisor for your deanery can help identify training opportunities and support. 

Additionally, the FSRH offers a variety of courses and modules, such as the Letter of Competence Subdermal Contraceptive Implants Techniques Insertion and Removal (LoC SDI IR), Menopause Care Professional Diploma, and the Special Skills Modules (SSMs) in Abortion Care, Ultrasound, and Vasectomy.
