Upon application via NHS Education England (East of England), suitability for the CSRH training programme is assessed through the below:
- Successful completion of a Foundation year medical programme
- Good standing with the GMC/registered to work in the UK
- Multi-Specialty Recruitment Assessment (MSRA) scores - questions aim to assess situational judgement, clinical reasoning, and a basic level of specialty specific knowledge.
In addition to the MSRA and candidate eligibility, The CSRH interview process aims to assess a candidate’s general professional capabilities such as team working, data handling, communication, and SRH interest.
