The 2024 launch of the website introduced some improvements to your member portal making it easier to now self serve activities such as viewing qualifications, downloading certificates and making payments. The below steps will show you how to make view your qualifications, recertification dates and download your certificates.
Accessing the portal.
Step 1. Log in or register. To access the member portal, you do not need to be a member with us but you do need to at least have a registered account on our system as the view you can see in this area is completed using data from your profile. Use the top bar on FSRH.org to select whether you wish to login to an already created account or to register for a new one.
HINT: If you believe that you may already have registered for an account and no longer know the details, do not create a new account as this will not contain any of your previous qualification or achievement history. Instead, reach out to our member support team to request they help you locate your previous information.
Step 2. Select MyFSRH. Once logged in, you will notice the top bar has now updated to show the below options. Select the MyFSRH option to be shown a new member view of the website.
Step 3. Access the member portal. Scroll part of the way down your page to find an orange button titled My Account. Select this and this new page which opens is called your Member Portal.
Viewing your qualifications.
Step 1. Access the Qualifications area. Follow the steps above to access the member portal. Look for a tab called Qualifications and Assessments and select this to view the below screen.
Step 2. Understanding your panels. The Qualifications area includes information on completed qualifications only. We are looking to bring in a view at a later date to summarise your in progress qualifications. The column definitions are as follows:
Qualification type: Name of your achieved qualification
Qualification date: The date this was awarded to you.
Next Review: The next date this qualification is due for recertification. (Remember you can recertify up to 6 months early and up to 6 weeks post this displayed date).
Last Review: The last time we reviewed your qualification (usually when you recertify or CCT).
The Assessments area currently only holds information on any EKA or OTA that you have achieved. These can take 24 hours to update on our system from when you complete these. Please alert us if yours doesn't show on your record.
The Certificates area will hold certificates for the qualifications achieved only. No event certificates are held in this area.
Downloading your certificates
Step 1. Open the certificates viewer. Within the Certificates area above, select the blue hyperlink which says Print certificate to open a viewer like the below image.
Step 2. Export as PDF. In the top left of your screen there is an adobe icon (pictured below). Hover over this until you see the Export to PDF instruction appear. Select the tile and your download will automatically begin. Open this download and you will have the option to rename this, save it in another location or print it. (Depending on the technology available to you.)
If your IT system blocks the download then you can request a copy of your certificates to be emailed to you from our Member Support team by raising a ticket.
