It may be that when you registered for your account on our website, you used a different name or email address to the one that we have on record for you. Our database checks against email addresses and names and if either of these are different to the records we hold, the database will set up a brand new account for you.
Submit a ticket and we can quickly resolve this issue for you. Please quote your Registered body number (GMC/NMC) and your full name if you get in touch in writing.
