How to access Contraceptive Counselling

To access the contraceptive counselling course, you will first need to apply for access via the following steps. 

1. Log in to FSRH.org. If you have not created an account then you will need to register.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the menu bar and select Education & Training followed by Learning & Resources and then  SRH on Demand. Contraceptive Counselling is in the bottom row of tiles.
3. Have a read through the information and when ready to apply, select the button Apply for Contraceptive Counselling.
4. This opens a form, please complete the form to be granted access to our Training hub.  This process runs on a 15 minute schedule so you will first see a message which looks like this.
5. After the update has added you to our approved learners on our Training Hub, the course will be ready to view. Refresh your page and if enough time has passed you will be directed back to this page where the text on the button will now say Access the course on our Training Hub. Please be aware that only the text changes so you may believe that you've been taken back to the previous page so do check the text on this button has updated as shown.
   
6. If you navigated away from the page, don't worry as when it is ready for you to access the new button will always display. You can also use this link for your convenience too. 

If you have followed these steps and still cannot access the course , please send a screenshot of the contraceptive counselling information page to our team at Support@fsrh.org so we can view which status your button is in.
