Fellowship is open to FSRH Members who gained their Membership (MFSRH) 12 years ago and who have:
• maintained their membership continuously including the current year
• completed a 5-year CPD cycle
The FSRH will write to eligible Members via email at the start of the year inviting them to apply for Fellowship inviting via an online process, where they will also need to confirm their declaration of good standing. FSRH's Council will then review the applications. Fellowship is awarded at the end of the year.
