I am trying to pay my renewal online and I cannot see the My Payments box, what do I need to do?

This can happen if you haven’t logged out of our website completely on a previous visit, or you're using a shared computer and cookies are saved from previous visits by other users. This includes looking at our site on mobile devices. 


Please log out using the orange ‘Log out’ button at the top right. Please ensure all browsers (eg Chrome, Edge, or Bing) windows are closed on your computer and any mobile devices. Clear the ‘Cookies’ on your browser (which is usually in your browser settings) on your computer and device. 


Then try to log back in.  


When using our site, please use the orange ‘Log out’ button at the top right, rather than just closing the browser window. If you are still experiencing trouble, please submit a ticket.
