My FRT status no longer shows in my qualifications area, where can I see this now?

Two of the improvements made to the member portal is the addition of a Training Delivery panel and a Trainer Relationships panel, you can find out more about these below.

Accessing the portal.

Step 1. Log in or register. To access the member portal, you do not need to be a member with us but you do need to at least have a registered account on our system as the view you can see in this area is completed using data from your profile. Use the top bar on FSRH.org to select whether you wish to login to an already created account or to register for a new one.

Step 2. Access the member portal. This is accessed by going to FSRH.org and selecting My FSRH from the top of the screen and then selecting an orange button which is titled My Account.

Step 3. Access the Training delivery panel - You can see the Training delivery panel close to the bottom of the sub menu items.  This panel holds information around your Faculty Registered Trainer status and any Principal Trainer status(es) that you hold including date of approval, when this was last reviewed and also recertification dates.

Managing your trainee/candidate relationships

Step 1. Access the Trainer Relationships panel - Find the Training relationships panel just above the Training Delivery panel from above. It contains two sub tabs at the top which provides a view of the users trainers or trainees, by selecting the tab I have highlighted, you can see which candidates/trainees are aligned to you. In the below example, this trainer has me assigned to them.

Step 2. Reviewing/Updating candidates. - If any individuals show in the table who should not be in your list or don't appear who should do then send an email to Support@fsrh.org with the details of the candidates name, contact email (if you have it) and which qualification you are training them in.

Additional information.

Candidates can use the My Trainers tab, to see who their assigned trainers are. If required, by selecting the Change of Trainer Request button, candidates can let us know they have a new trainer without having to raise a ticket or email us. (See below).
