Can more than one FRT have access to a candidate’s portfolio?

We should only ever have details of one FRT per candidate on our systems to stop any issues from arising. In the instance that a second trainer is required on a candidate's profile, ie due to long term illness of the Primary FRT, an escalation of an issue to the GTPD, we can override our systems to allow secondary access to this.
