How do I request additional time for my OTA?

Modified on Fri, 16 Aug at 10:56 PM

We recognise that some candidates may have disabilities which mean that they will require a little more time to be able to complete their OTA. To allow this, we can grant a "reasonable adjustment" which will add 15 additional minutes to the time given for your assessment.

To request an adjustment, please complete the form below and provide relevant documentation to support your application. Our Education and Training team will carefully review your request, which typically takes up to three working days. Please factor this into your exam planning to ensure you have enough time before your assessment.

Apply for a reasonable adjustment here.

Please note: If you are applying for reasonable adjustments, we advise that you wait until OTA Assessment - Additional Time - Attempt is available. The first link you see will not have your additional time added to it.

Please be aware, if you select the wrong link, a refund will not be available.

If you have any problems or questions then please contact us on support@fsrh.org.
