For women with epilepsy using carbamazepine, would you advice a higher dose oestrogen pill (increasing DVT risk) or just extra contraception using condoms?

The UKMEC does not give advice on best methods. However, since pregnancy in women with epilepsy is a high risk pregnancy, the highly effective LARC methods would be recommended.
