Do I need approval to use a site in another Deanery that already has GMC approval?

Yes. If you wish to add an extra site to your training programme which already has GMC approval but is outside your home Deanery, you still need GMC approval. This is because the GMC approves specific programmes for each Deanery, so training that is done in another Deanery is outside your particular programme.
